Faceo

Faceo is a leading provider of facility management services in Europe. Founded in 2000 following the merger of the facility management activities of Alstom and Thalès, the company services the needs of over 130,000 industrial clients, offering real estate services and related soft and hard services. The third largest player in France, Faceo is also present in the UK, Germany, the Benelux and Italy. In October 2007, the company was acquired in a leveraged management buyout transaction backed by Apax Partners and other financial investors including Cobepa.
