Cobepa's Global Analyst Program immerses you in this dynamic landscape through a rotational experience across Cobepa's Brussels and New York offices where you will launch your career as a private equity investor, whilst being exposed to different deal environments.

Brussels to New York: A Cross-Border Rotation

Our Global Analyst Program is an 18-month rotational experience.

The program aims to develop the next generation of talent. You will have exceptional opportunities to play an active role in our current and future investments, experience the entire investment cycle and receive mentoring from expert investment professionals on both sides of the Atlantic.

 

Brussels (6 months) New York (12 months)
You will spend the first 6 months in the headquarters in Brussels working alongside our talented European Team.You will then spend 12 months in our New York office where you will receive training and gain exposure to US companies and investment opportunities working with our US expert colleagues.

Key roles & responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling
  • Perform research and company profiling
  • Review potential investment opportunities
  • Develop presentations, investment memoranda and other key documents
  • Support the team in monitoring current portfolio companies

Your profile

We are looking for outstanding candidates with determination, motivation and enthusiasm to work in the private equity industry:

  • Graduated with business or economics master's degree or MBA with up to 2 years of professional
    experience
  • Experience in consulting, banking or private equity
  • Fluent and effective communication in English (knowledge of another language is a bonus)
