History of successful acquisitions and global expansion

With the help of Cobepa, Gen II completed the lift-out of the U.S. fund administration operations of Aberdeen Standard Investments (ASI) in July 2019 and acquisition of Quilvest Luxembourg Services S.A. (QLS) in December 2019. With ASI, Gen II added ~$11b of AUA and a new location in Stamford, CT. QLS provides fund administration services to investors worldwide, allowing current Gen II clients the option to use Gen II for their European fund administration needs.

Invested in technology

Gen II has continually invested in its proprietary, cloud-based technology platform that is used by both clients and Gen II. Private Equity Exchange (pex), is an integrated private equity platform that provides automated reports, calculations, and templates through integrations directly between Gen II and its clients. This investment in technology allows Gen II to provide a best-in-class experience for its clients and their LPs.
