Cobepa Announces Promotions and Updates to its Investment Committee

We are excited to announce the latest career advancements within our team and share updates on the composition of our Investment Committee. Here’s an overview of the key developments.

Promotions

We are proud to announce the promotion of 5 members of our team:

Konrad Grieger is promoted to Managing Director
Nicolas Beudin is promoted to Director
Gabrielle Viseur is promoted to Legal Director
Oscar Bouscatel is promoted to Senior Associate
Emilien Rougon is promoted to Associate

Updates to our Investment Committee

We are welcoming Lars Lapp (Director) and Filip Vanderschueren (Director) to the Investment Committee (IC). As part of this evolution, Felix Hauser (Managing Director, DACH) and Aurélien Delavallée (Managing Director) will step down from their IC roles to take on new responsibilities:

Aurélien Delavallée, Managing Director and Member of the Executive Committee, will step down from his IC role and will focus on portfolio activities. He will centralize and be responsible for our financing practice, while also acting as Staffing Officer for the Brussels office.

Felix Hauser will step down from his role as Member of the Executive Committee and become an Advisor for the DACH region, where his strategic insights will remain invaluable.

These changes aim to continue positioning Cobepa for long-term success; we are excited for what lies ahead.
