Cobepa Welcomes New Associate and Senior Associate, Both Former Interns
We are excited to welcome Theo Swennen and Jean Zacharis as our new Senior Associate and Associate respectively. Both have previously completed internships at Cobepa, a testament to the value of our internship program for fostering professional growth and building long-term relationships.
Theo Swennen, joining as Senior Associate, brings with him four years of experience from McKinsey, where he worked as an Engagement Manager, focusing on M&A, commercial due diligence, and post-merger integration across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US. His academic background in business engineering and artificial intelligence from the University of Leuven further enhances the depth of expertise within our team.
Jean Zacharis, Associate, joins us after three years at Degroof Petercam Investment Banking, where he worked on a range of M&A transactions and advisory assignments across various sectors, including manufacturing and technology. His academic credentials from Vlerick and prior internships at Degroof Petercam and Natixis Partners make him a strong addition to our investment team.
