Cobepa closed the sale of Babilou Family to Antin Infrastructure Partners

Cobepa is pleased to announce that it has closed the sale of Babilou Family to Antin Infrastructure Partners. The transaction was signed on August 7th, 2020 and closed on November 17th, 2020.
Babilou was founded in 2003 by brothers Rodolphe and Edouard Carle. Cobepa invested in 2013 alongside Société Générale. During Cobepa's ownership, Babilou experienced strong growth both organically as well as through multiple acquisitions (including in Belgium, Germany, Dubai, Switzerland, the US, Asia and Latin America) to become the leader in company and local community crèches in Europe and a major player in Early Years Education (0-6 years) worldwide. Today, the company offers high-quality education in nearly 800 facilities around the world, run by a network of more than 10,000 professionals in 12 countries.
