Nicolas Darnaud To Join Cobepa as Managing Director in April 2025
We are delighted to share that Nicolas Darnaud will join Cobepa as Managing Director in April 2025. Nicolas brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as Co-Head of Buyout France at Ardian, a position he held for 12 years. Prior to that, he served as an Investment Manager at Foundation Capital and spent six years in EY Transaction Advisory Services. His extensive background in private equity and strategic insights into the European market will perfectly complement our team’s strengths as we continue to successfully deliver on our investment strategy.

Nicolas will be joining Cobepa’s investment team in our Brussels office. He will become a Member of the Executive Committee and a Member of the Investment Committee. He holds a degree from ESCP Business School and has trained as both a Lawyer and Chartered Accountant.
