Socotec acquires ATS

Socotec Group acquired ATS, a company operating in the Oil & Gas quality control sector. The acquisition broadens Socotec's expertise and customer base in the respective industry.

ATS specializes in inspection, expediting new equipment and associated technical assistance. It employs 40 staff and has access to an international network of 150 industry experts.

The acquisition of ATS will strengthen Socotec's market position in the Oil & Gas quality control industry both in France and internationally. ATS is active in Europe through its Italian subsidiary and in Asia through its Shanghai based subsidiary Aqasia.
