Managing Director DACH region Felix Hauser

Felix holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Diplom Kaufmann from Passau University. He started his career at McKinsey & Company in Vienna in 2001. Felix joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2005 and worked most recently as a Managing Director and Partner in the firm’s Europe business and focused primarily on investments in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He played a significant role in leading and executing successful investments and has supported the transformation of portfolio companies as a non-executive director / supervisory board member of FTE Automotive and Trinseo. After leaving Bain Capital in 2018 Felix co-founded a start-up in the medical services sector. Felix joined Cobepa Group in 2019 as Managing Director of Ibel SA/NV (member of Cobepa Group) to lead our investment activities in the DACH region.
