Chief Executive Officer Jean-Marie Laurent Josi

Jean-Marie has an MBA from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. He started his career with Cobepa in 1988, developing the M&A activities, and was responsible for Cobepa's investments as member of the Management Board. He was a partner of PAI Partners and non-executive director of Mobistar and GIB Group. Jean-Marie is Chairman of the Board of Gerflor and Socotec, and a non-executive director of Bank Degroof Petercam, Carmeuse, Corsearch, International SOS, and Van Oord.
