HG International is a leading European supplier of specialist consumer cleaning and maintenance products marketed under the HG brand name. With already a strong household name in the Benelux, HG continues to expand its sales in, amongst others, food- and DIY-retailers throughout Western Europe with firm footholds in other countries such as the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.
Its comprehensive product portfolio of over 250 niche solution products offers the widest assortment in the specialist cleaning market. HG’s diversified portfolio includes inter alia solutions for bathrooms, kitchens, fabrics, gardens, floors and furniture, amongst others. The company operates its production facility in Almere, the Netherlands.
The overall business is supported by a highly vertically integrated organization designed to underpin the group's specialist strategy. HG controls its production and supply chain from R&D and sourcing through to warehousing and distribution, giving HG full control over its costs, product design, formulae, quality and distribution scheduling.
Cobepa acquired 70% of the share capital of the company alongside management.
